The dreaded Eosinophilic Esophagitis adds yet another "something" to our routine. Since Josh has eliminated a number of proteins from his diet, the dietician (who reviewed and evaluated all that Josh ate for 3 days) found a few nutritional deficits.
Today I met with Josh's nutritionist. She recommended that Josh supplement his food with an elemental drink. He started today. We are starting with the Splash drinks.
Josh calls them burgers. They actually are sunshine burgers (sunflower seeds) on toased white rice bread.
The skin prick test is a misleading moniker. They should call it the drops on your forearm without moving for 20 minutes test.
